When we set out to develop this property, we were clear about one thing—we would not change the contours of the place. We left it the way nature intended, and did our landscaping accordingly. We even chose the spaces to build the villas based on the contours.
Water supply to all the Villas follows the gravity principle, conserving energy and avoiding the need for a separate water tank for every Villa.
You will find the weather at Shoolagiri neither too hot nor too cold—just right all round the year.
Proper cross-ventilation, double-tiled roofs, with natural plastering on the walls further insulates the Villa from heat and keeps the indoors as pleasant as the outdoors.

Healthy Environment
Great stay. We and our pet dog Nila enjoyed it lot. Food was amazing and the care takers are really helpful. We roamed around the farm by sightseeing their huge kitchen gardening, fish pond and sustainability living. Best part is their step well which is converted into beautiful meditation/relax spot. Bathroom/toilet maintenance could have been better, but we loved the overall stay and will visit again.

It was a wonderful experience to connect with the sustainable living and the Owner Mr Muthaiya was really friendly, approachable and the hospitality was too good.
Best place to spend time as a family, group of friends and even to host some nature friendly gatherings.
The climate was too good and we enjoyed the tent stay as well.
