Terms and Conditions for Grenville Farm Stay

1. Introduction

Welcome to Grenville Farm Stay (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our services, including booking accommodations, participating in activities, or browsing our website (www.grenvillefarmstay.in), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). 2. Booking and Reservations

  • Reservation Confirmation: Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting us directly at 098419 40527. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or message from us.
  • Payment Terms: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival unless otherwise specified.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival may forfeit the deposit.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM
  • Check-out Time: By 11:00 AM
  • Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards other guests, staff, animals, and property. Any damage caused by negligence or misconduct may result in additional charges.
  • Children and Pets: Children must be supervised at all times. Pets are welcome but must be declared at the time of booking and kept under control to ensure the safety of all guests and farm animals.

5. Farm Activities and Safety

  • Participation: Guests may participate in farm activities at their own risk. Safety instructions provided by staff must be followed at all times.
  • Liability: We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur due to non-compliance with safety guidelines or unauthorized activities.
